Description

Quick and potent energy shot blends merge powerful ingredients for instant vitality. Natural caffeine sources and nutrient-dense components provide rapid wellness boosts you can enjoy anytime.

Ingredients

Scale

Apple & Ginseng Energy Shot:

Fruits:

  • 2 tart green apples, juiced or blended
  • 1/3 cup raspberries, juiced or blended
  • 1/3 cup blueberries, juiced or blended
  • 1/3 cup blackberries, juiced or blended

Liquid Base:

  • 1 cup water

Other Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup ginseng drink (or 1/2 teaspoon ginseng extract plus 1/4 cup water)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Strawberry Orange Ginger Shot:

Fruits:

  • 2 oranges, juiced or blended
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, diced then juiced or blended
  • 2.5 ounces (70.87 grams) ginger root, juiced or blended

Liquid Base:

  • 1 1/2 cups water

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pulverize apples with water in a high-speed blender until achieving a silky, uniform consistency. Transfer the resulting puree into a mixing vessel.
  2. Combine berries, ginseng liquid, and cinnamon in the blender. Reintroduce the apple mixture and process until achieving a completely smooth texture.
  3. Position a fine mesh sieve over a clean bowl, gradually pour the blended mixture through, using gentle stirring motions to facilitate liquid extraction. Incorporate additional water, mixing thoroughly to create a balanced liquid.
  4. Carefully dispense the prepared liquid into compact 2-ounce containers, anticipating approximately 10-12 individual servings.
  5. Blend oranges, strawberries, ginger root, cayenne, and water in a powerful blender. For smaller blending equipment, process fruits with partial water initially, then incrementally introduce ginger, cayenne, and remaining liquid.
  6. Filter the mixture through a mesh strainer, supplementing with remaining water. Optionally incorporate honey for enhanced sweetness, ensuring comprehensive integration.
  7. Allocate the prepared liquid into 2-ounce vessels, yielding approximately 10-15 concentrated energy shots.

Notes

  • Choose ripe, sweet apples for a more flavorful and naturally sweet energy shot without added sugars.
  • Use a high-powered blender to ensure smooth, lump-free consistency when processing fruits and roots.
  • Adjust ginger and cayenne quantities based on personal heat tolerance, starting with smaller amounts and gradually increasing.
  • Store energy shots in airtight glass containers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days to maintain freshness and potency.
